    First and foremost, the bathrooms here are disgusting. I went into the store a few times while pregnant and both times had to use the bathroom. As soon as I walked in, I turned around and walked right back out. Fast forward a few months, bathrooms are still disgusting. Store is very understaffed, and the people who do work there, are not very knowledgeable with their products and have been pretty rude in my experience. The selection of baby items is pretty poor too, in my opinion. The store doesn't have much and does NOT carry Premie clothes/items. Being the only "baby store" in the area, you would think they would have a better selection. Very disappointed.

    Made an appointment for baby registry and it says you'll have a person to help you for the hour. No the person just gives you a list and says if you need any help let me know. First time mom here I don't know anything, have never even been into a baby store or touched a stroller or car seat. She couldn't stay with me to show me around because they don't have enough staff apparently and she needed to help other customers. You literally have to hunt someone down to help you. So why did I make an appointment if that scheduled hour isn't really available just for me? She also apparently typed my email in wrong which was written in front of her face and I couldn't access my registry which I didn't realize until later that night which was beyond frustrating. I had to spend 3 hours making a whole other one online instead and just called the next day for them to delete the first one I spent 2 hours in the store making. When I was helped she was very knowledgeable. Definitely shouldn't offer those appointment services if they don't have the staff to do that.

    Not enough people on rejiggers or on floor. Need more workers, came here multiple times during a week day and lines seriously get backed up. And if you need help finding something for get it cause I swear there is only 1 person on the floor....
