  If I could give a ZERO star rating I would! We spend $1050.00 for a 10k gold necklace 3 years ago for my husband's Christmas. It was too long, they sent it out to have cut down and the jeweler put a new class on the necklace and the bracelet, the clasps were 14k gold. We were guaranteed by the owner's wife that sold us the necklace the necklace would not tarnish and would not turn skin green! She wrote in life time warranty on the receipt. I just took back to get a new cross pendant because one of our macaws damaged the one we had. I also complained that the necklace tarnished and turns skin green. When DJ saw the clasps said 14k gold he refused to help, said they don't sell 14k, it's not his necklace and he has never sold the style necklace I brought in. He refused to call his wife, he refused to look up records from where the chain was sent out to be shortened.
