  I find that the ratings and comments given for this company are hard to believe. I think they are a wonderful family owned company that did exceptional work for me recently. Used them to repair vinyl flooring tears. The match and the seams were flawless. The existing flooring was at least 8 yrs old and you could not tell that the floor was ever repaired. I have spent at least an hour or more in the store talking to both Brenda and Mark about flooring options, on 2 separate occasions. They seemed very knowledgeable, good natured and honest people. They were very patient and eager to answer all my questions. Their quotes and pricing seemed very reasonable. I will definitely use them for all my flooring needs.

  My wife and I had the most aggravating experience with Flooring Disaster . Lack of detail and MIA customer service . If you value your time and $ , shop elsewhere . The manager Mark H . is a shallow individual incapable of honesty and integrity and lies right to your face .
