  WORST place I've EVER bought furniture from in MY LIFE!!NOTHING BUT FRICKN LYING PEOPLE that work there!! They said our couch and love seat would be arriving 3 days after we ordered them.... Well now 7 1/2 WEEKS later they're finally arriving!!

  My parents recently bought a mattress from here. They laid on it in the store and it felt great, but after sleeping on it the first night they felt very uncomfortable. The mattress had a sink right down the middle. My parents called, they came to confirm and agreed it was damaged, so they approved an exchange. They told my parents to come by the store to choose another mattress. They convinced my parents to try a more expensive mattress (and the first one they purchased wasn't cheap), my parents laid on the mattress, it felt comfortable at the time, so they paid the difference and had it delivered. Once again, this time after three nights, my parents complained about the same issue, they thought this must be some kind of a joke. I laid on the mattress myself, just to make sure my parents weren't tripping out, but sure enough, the mattress had a dip right down the middle! My mother called them to complain, they send someone out to check the mattress and once again they confirmed the mattress was damaged. My parents received a call from Furnitare Fair stating they couldn't do anything because there was no visible dip, and that there has to be a 1 1/2 visible dip for them to be able to exchange it. My parents are now out of $723, and stuck with a mattress that causes them to wake up with pain. I take care of my parents, they both suffer from back, pain and bone issues, so they really were looking forward to a new, firm, comfortable mattress, but most importantly they expected Furnitare Fair to do the right thing.
