  Terrible customer service. We're told our purchase would be ready one day. 2 days later it's still not here. Nobody knew where it was and would not give us a call back after they stated they would. Also cannot refund the day of when we paid cash for the item. DONT BUY HERE!!

  We went to Furniture Fair twice looking for couches and were disappointed both times. It wasn't the product as much as the salesman we had both times, which was the same guy. The first time he told me we had the same favorite team trying to shmooze us and when I started quizzing him on the team he gave me a blank stare as I obviously caught him in a lie, then he gingerly walked away never to be seen again. We then came back the next weekend to go over our options again we get the same "salesman". This time he was more helpful than the first time, but he decided to crop dust us a few minutes in. Good luck selling couches farting on your customers pal!
