  Went to pick up my ring and the lady that help we could barley understand. I went and asked for someone else's help and she didn't really help and the lady we could not understand was wearing my ring and wouldn't let my mother touch it and I had to have it resized. I'd get the managers help and Michelle's help.

  Nothing but issues. Ring took longer to arrive than supposed to. When the ring arrived it was in the wrong size and missing the insert they said itd be done in 4 days. A week later engagement ring arrived still no insert. Proposed (she said yes) insert arrives a day later finally in the wrong size. Turns out they had sent the rings to different jewlers to get sized now they want to send them both to the same jeweler so he can do it right. I told them no. Ive grown so tired of dealing with them I have voided their insurance bought insurance through geico and found a jeweler to size the rings properly. Expect nothing from helzberg.
