  Horrible service!!! Only care about making a quick sale. My husband and I went in knowing exactly what we wanted for our child and they tried to sell us a cheap and firm mattress - we wanted a nice memory foam. Upon check out, the woman got half of our information wrong on the paperwork, even with having our ID right in front of her - the gentleman sat at the desk reading a book and playing on his phone the whole time and the ringer for annoying real fast. Upon pickup (because they don't deliver), the gentleman greeted my husband unprofessionally "hey, what's up man," and in a grumpy tone. We asked for our mattress and the man drug it through the store and flipped it numerous times to get it to the front (thankfully the plastic was still on it). He made my husband go back out to the car to get his ID to pick it up, and then didn't even offer to help carry it out of the store - my husband carried it. Horrible customer service and they don't listen to what you'd like. I do not recommend going to this location!!!

  I was in the market for a new mattress so me and my girlfriend stopped in to Mattress Firm to see what my options were. Their manager, Anthony greeted us and showed us the best mattress options for my back pain. Based on his knowledge we chose one that had a lot of good results with relieving back issues. I'm glad to say that since our mattress purchase my back pain is gone. Good customer service. Very knowledgeable. Thanks Anthony for making this purchase stress free.

  A+ Customer service and knowable staff! Helped us find the right bed. We picked out the bed and they delivered it right on time! Great delivery team, the guys on the truck were friendly and fast! Thanks Anthony!
