Once Upon a Time, the shopping center was the hot spot for shopping in Jacksonville. But no longer. You will find a few thrift shops, a health club, a Dollar General store, and a few other places still open in the shopping center. The place is very old, and very outdated! You will see signs of wear and disrepair everywhere around this facility. Unfortunately, this place is quickly falling into disrepair.
