  Staff let me play with and try to feed a hedgehog (my favorite animal) for over an hour without pushing me to buy anything. Super friendly, clean and nice. Would definitely go back

  In November of 2017, my wife and I went here to purchase our first puppy. The staff was initially friendly, however, shop here at your own risk! They will say anything to make a sale. I told them from the very beginning that I was a Marine and that I lived on base, so we were avoiding banned breeds. They showed us a "Lab/Boxer Mix" and we fell in love with him. After sinking at least another $1,000 (AFTER PURCHASING HIM) into our new family member, we took him to get registered on base. They suspected that he may have some percentage of Pitbull in him and demanded a DNA test before he could be registered. We got our test results back a few weeks after this, and not only did he have Pitbull in his genetics, but he also showed NO SIGNS OF LAB AT ALL. At least Pets N Stuff was right about him having Boxer in him...Nonetheless, after countless hours of potty training, lots of money spent getting him up to date on vaccinations, and creating a bond with our new family member, we had to find him a new home. I'm very upset with Pets N Stuff. They did offer to help find a new home, however they didn't even call me back with information, although they said they would. They are all talk and now I understand why their rating and reviews are so low online. TLDR; They will say anything to make money from you, and they don't care at all about their animals/customers.
