Turns out the recliner was a repo or something! They knew this as well and tried to pass it off as new ! It's obviously worn ! They never apologized at all ! Made excuses of how it happened! Then tried to say they could not come get it before tomorrow! Needless to say they will be out today and they can take it all with them ! pics posted on my page!
