  I didn’t like the vibe I wasn’t greeted when I walked in the employee was ignorant I simply just wanted to exchange some gifts that were unused and sealed that I received no I didn’t have a receipt or proof of purchase because they were GIFTS she kept telling me to find the receipts and then she could help me and I explained to her 5 million times I got them as gifts I’ve never returned anything to Sephora I checked the policy before hand to make sure I can return without a receipt (in my case I simply wanted to exchange for something else I wasn’t asking for cash back) any who their policy says bought in stores or online I can exchange in store all they need it my ID. Well now I have to keep these gifts that I’ll never use what a waste instead of exchanging for something to put to use.
