  The staff I've dealt with are good but the service is just horrible when I activated my phone in the store and tried to make a phone call I had to walk around just to get reception. Unless I carry my Wi-Fi card with me I have a hard time using any apps and even with wifi takes forever to load or freezes and I drop calls left and right. I have to constantly restart my phone trying to get better reception. To be honest when my phone was down I had better service with a Wal-Mart prepaid phone.
