  Wish I could put no stars. But we changed from Verizon to at&t to save money and it’s not worth it. They lie and mess up your accounts and it ends up charging you. They offer to buy out your old plan but the guy that did it for me didn’t document anything and messed the whole thing up. So I had to pay off my old phone because they refused to pay it. Then they sent dish network out to my house charged me for it and never showed up. They are absolutely horrible wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

  I came to replace my phone and it was like pulling teeth with the sales associates. It’s too bad because atat at one point had excellent customer service.
