  I called ahead of time to make sure someone was available to take a passport photo. Arrived and waited 10-15 minutes by the photo counter with no one in sight. A flood of people brought another employee to the checkout counter at the front so I joined the checkout line for my chance to be serviced only to be told that I would have to wait. 10 more minutes go by and she's still taking stragglers coming up with only 1 person in the other line. At some point, she could've closed her register for a few minutes to take a quick picture. I had waited far longer than many of the people she was sending out the door. Not a word from her as I walked out the door... she didn't even care.
